My journey with glass started 10 years ago in the basement of a glass artist as a girls’ night out. I became fascinated with the fused glass process and the look and feel of the glass. That Christmas I received a kiln from my husband and I’ve been fusing ever since. I fused gifts for family and friends, then started selling my art at home shows and art fairs to support my glass habit.

I am a very visual and tactile person so everything for me has to do with color, texture and design. I love the process of creating something new and beautiful. From the designing, through the cutting, the grinding, the fusing, and the finishing, the challenge is always how to make my art the most aesthetically pleasing and unique. Over the last few years this desire to continually change and improve has brought me to metalsmithing, which adds another layer of design to my glass.

My fused glass designs range from jewelry to home goods. I have a commitment to my customers and myself to present the best quality art product from design to durability.
